Madras is about 40 miles north of Bend, Oregon. Part of a great series of dinners put on by Oregon State University where top notch notch local chefs put together dinners with local ingredients. There is a "market showcase' from 4 to 6 pm and the dinner starts at 6:30 pm and runs until about 8:30 pm. Last year I played all their dinners and they are a lot of fun with great food and a nice atmosphere. A steal at $20 per person. These events usually sell out in advance so check the link below. There may be tickets at the door.
